Dr. Kardon graduated in 1998 from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine . He then completed a one year General Practice Residency at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY in 1999. After working for a year as a general practitioner, he pursued a post graduate degree in Endodontics from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL which he completed in 2002. Dr. Kardon is currently a Clinical Instructor of Endodontics at the General Practice Residency Program of The Jacobi Medical Center and North Central Bronx Hospital.
Dr. Kardon is an expert in the latest modalities in endodontic treatment. He carefully treats each patient using such innovative technologies as a surgical operating microscope, ultrasonics, warm vertical condensation, and rotary instrumentation. Using these cutting edge methods enhances the efficiency as well as overall outcomes of both surgical and non-surgical treatment. Some of the procedures that are offered are standard endodontic treatment, re-treatment, perforation repairs, apical micro-surgery, and dental trauma management.
